Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and utilizing the booking services provided by ELB Suites, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Reservation and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Upon successful booking, full payment or an agreed-upon deposit is required to secure your reservation. Payments are processed securely, and failure to complete payments may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID upon check-in. Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM noon. Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be arranged with management and are subject to availability.

4. Property Policies

Guests are expected to conduct themselves appropriately during their stay. Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking designated rooms and areas. Guests will be held responsible for any property damage caused during their stay.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of our guests and their belongings, ELB Suites shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred on the property, barring instances of proven gross negligence.
